Interested parties may submit an Accredited Certification Agent Application through the PM².EU website. The PM².EU Team will then contact applicants to request additional documentation.
Accreditation is based upon the inspection of the full range of the organisation’s services and the analytical examination of the relevant documentation to ensure that the continuing operation of the organisation is preserved at the desired level.
As soon as an application has been approved, ACAs receive an Accreditation Certificate, which allows them to purchase and re-sell vouchers for the PM² Certifications.
The accreditation process involves the following 3 stages:
During stage 1, the application and the submitted documentation are reviewed. Once assessed as acceptable, the procedure can move to the next stage. In the opposite case, the organisation will be advised for submitting a modified successful application.
Please note that the PM².EU reserves the right to decline an application.
Through the Quality Review process, the PM².EU evaluates if the potential ACA adheres to the programme’s requirements and guidelines. In case an applicant fails the Quality Review, the provider may not be accepted as an ACA of the PM².EU. All the Quality Review documentation must be submitted in English.
The PM².EU has established a remote team of Quality Reviewers, having the authority to ask for additional or missing review related documents. Quality Reviewers must not work for an ACA applicant in any capacity and must not guide any applicant on how to pass the Quality Review.
ACA applicants must submit a separate document for each item in one of the following file types: .doc, .docx, .pdf, and jpg. If an already accredited certification agent wishes to renew the ACA capacity, item A may be skipped.
Item A: Proof of being in business for at least 1 year
Submit a document proving you are running your business for at least one year, such as articles of incorporation, accreditation by a relevant accrediting body etc.
Item B: Administrative & Compliance Contacts
The administrative contact is responsible for managing any reports, documentation and communication required in the frame of the PM².EU ACA Programme. Submit a document including the administrative contact’s signature and contact details.
The compliance contact is responsible for checking that the organisation meets all the ACA requirements during the whole programme. The compliance contact can be the same as the administrative contact. Submit a document including the compliance contact’s signature and contact details.
As soon as an application is accepted, the applicant receives an email announcing the beginning of the collaboration and providing further information. ACAs also receive details about each PM² Certification and the corresponding badge.
If requested, the PM².EU may provide study materials that ACAs can offer to PM² Exams’ participants along with their vouchers. However, it should be noted that materials focus more on the PM² concepts, rather than on how to pass the PM².EU Certification Exams.
The PM².EU will be regularly asking for feedback from candidates who bought vouchers from ACAs to ensure the high-quality of their services. PM².EU reserves the right to terminate its cooperation with any ACA in case of constant poor feedback or other serious reasons.
Our team will be here for you to answer any question you may have and guide you through all the steps, making it a seamless process for your organisation.
Accreditation may be removed by the PM².EU at any moment if:
-The organisation does not meet the Accreditation Criteria anymore or fails to meet the corresponding requirements.
-PM².EU receives significant complaints from candidates and discovers that the organisation does not respond to the Accreditation Criteria.
-The organisation is making false claims or misrepresenting itself in its publications (including its website), specifically regarding claims about the accreditation.
-There is a change in the control of the organisation which has an impact on its operations and structure. Organisations must inform the PM².EU immediately of any changes.
Please keep in mind that the above list is not exhaustive, and the PM².EU reserves the right to withdraw Accreditation if it feels that standards are not being upheld, or there is a risk to the integrity of the PM².EU Accreditation.
